The Southeast's newest Adventure Race is back in action on April 28 & 29, 2023!

This scavenger hunt style event features 3 different options to choose from over 2 days. Each course will task participants to paddle, bike, and run to various checkpoints while enjoying the natural beauty along the historic South Fork River. 

The Sampler proudly benefits the Catawba Riverkeeper.

HIGHLIGHTS:

• Scavenger hunt style event (No orientation/navigation skills required)

• Choose your own route and pace to make it as challenging or casual as you'd like

• All courses feature natural and built recreational amenities including flatwater paddling, greenways, trails, sidewalks/roads, etc.

• 3 options to choose from

  • Fri. Corporate Challenge - Perfect for team building

  • Sat. Short Course - Approachable for families & first timers

  • Sat. Long Course - Challenging for the weekend warrior

• Race HQ at Confluence in Cramerton, NC with bathrooms, taproom, kayak/bike rentals, etc.

  • Kayak rentals available on-site from Catawba Riverkeeper ($25)

  • Limited Bike Rentals available from HPM ($25)

• After Party at Confluence (Beer, food, merch discounts, etc.)
